I found out about the #BeMindFULL Movement through a friend, and I’m so glad I did! It’s a great site that shares articles written about different things like stress management (their focus this month), empowerment, communications, etc. Really, its whole purpose is to provide a place to find advice from people who have, you know, been there too.
